Insurance: The rate is set by your insurance provider based on your deductible and co-pay. 

The co-pay is charged at the end of each session.

New Client Clinical Assessment Sessions:  55 Minute session: Self-Pay rate: $160

This is a bio-psycho-social assessment which will allow me to gather information about your life domains, current and previous mental health history, and current symptoms you are experiencing, and identify a diagnosis and a focus for treatment.

Individual Psychotherapy: 

Standard session 55 Minutes: Self-pay rate: $140

40 minute sessions: Self-pay rate $95

Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly. 

EMDR Intensives 

The first hour will be billed to insurance and you are responsible to pay for additional time.  

In-office EMDR Intensive fee: $165 per hour (Inlcudes a room fee)

Telehealth EMDR Intensive fee: $140 per hour

I do not offer emergency services but do offer crisis support to established clients.
