New Client Clinical Assessment Sessions:  55 Minute session

This is a bio-psycho-social assessment which will allow me to gather information about your life domains, current and previous mental health history, and current symptoms you are experiencing, and identify a diagnosis and a focus for treatment.

Self-Pay rate: $150

Insurance: The rate is set by your insurance provider based on your deductible and co-pay. 

Individual Psychotherapy: 

Standard session 55 Minutes

Self-pay rate: $125

40 minute sessions

Self-pay rate $90

Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly. 

EMDR Intensives 

The first hour will be billed to insurance and you are responsible to pay for additional time.  

In-office EMDR Intensive fee: $150 per hour (Inlcudes a room fee)

Telehealth EMDR Intensive fee: $125 per hour

INSURANCE ACCEPTED

Insurance rates are pre-set.  You will be responsible for your deductible and co-pay.
